Creative with the ELC
Today a very simple effect.
In this setup I used 2 ELC units, the first one fires at the start of the 2 second exposure, the powerful modeling lights create a “blur” effect while the model (Nadine) moves around and at the end of the exposure the second ELC fires to freeze the final pose. It takes some practice but the effects are pretty cool.
Some ELC action with Marie
This weekend I had the honor to introduce the new Elinchrom ELC units to the press in the Netherlands.
The event was hosted by the Dutch agent for Elinchrom Fotoflits.
I started with a small introduction of the new system after which we walked to an empty warehouse where Marie was waiting for us for some wicked shots showcasing some of the creative effects you can get with the ELCs.
